SBO constitutes a unique and comprehensive approach towards poverty reduction and up gradation of skill efforts in Nepal. one of the key areas in this regard is undoubtedly training. key strategy is to improve service and ensure good service to various levels of people. These include adult teaching, counseling and enhancing the capacity through training.


We are the company established with objectives to provide training and placement in order to provide platform to the unskilled, semiskilled and the skilled to the whole world. Its objective is to create a favorable and competitive environment for the development, expansion and operation of services in Nepal.
The main objective is to create a healthy sector and to get rid of various deficiencies in the system. we have carried out comprehensive program even during a short span of time; significant progress has been made including a series of activities have been launched like newsletter “Workforce”. Workforce is a provider of information focused on employment and related technology markets.


Our vision is to lead in the creation and delivery of services that enable our clients to win in the changing world of work. Our role is to develop and expand our capabilities while creating services targeted to what’s new and what’s next in the world of work., means continuously anticipating future dynamics of the market and contributing to the design of social and employment systems on a global basis.
Because of our relationships with both employers and individuals, we are uniquely positioned to determine where current and future skills gap are, identify people who need help engaging with the workforce and develop solutions that bring these 2 groups together mutually benefiting both. In this way, we function as a ‘bridge’ to employemnt for many who would otherwise be unemployed.
